How much will shipping cost and can I choose the method?
I try to ship the most economical way for my customers depending on their preference. Sometimes flat rate is better with certain size items, sometimes first class is best. I charge little or nothing for handling, and sometimes I can even ship for free. I will try to work with you.
Do I need insurance and how much does it cost?
I do recommend insurance with most items, although I do package well and carefully. For most items, insurance would be $1.70. For very expensive or fragile items I will require insurance.
What if I am not happy with my item when it arrives?
The first step would be to contact me and I will do my best to make it right. If there is damage, you can file for the insurance coverage All items leave my hands complete and secure, as described. If there is some other problem, again, contact me and I'll make it better.
